Ad Types

Each ad type includes placement within the MyHomeFound mobile apps and website. 

TITLE PLACEMENT

Sponsor’s brand is placed on the home tour’s introductory screen within the smartphone applications, placed within the title banner of the website, and placed first on the “Sponsors” page with a text description and web link.

FULL SIZE AD

A full size ad appears in rotation when the filter (aka home criteria search) is used. It remains on the screen until the user either clicks the ad to follow its link or closes it to proceed to the filter. To avoid over-saturation of this rotation, a maximum number of 4 has been set.
File specs: 72 ppi. 640 wide x 736 tall. Same file is used for smartphone apps and website.

ROTATING AD

A rotating ad appears on almost all screens throughout the applications/website. It can be clicked at any time to follow its link. These ads appear in a rotation as the user navigates through screens.

File specs: smartphone banner – 72 ppi. 640 wide x 100 tall.
website skyscraper – 72 ppi. 160 wide x 600 tall.

FIXED AD

A fixed ad is placed with a particular home. It appears on all screens of that home in the “rotating ad” position. When the fixed ad is placed with a home, no other ads appear on its screens. It can be clicked at any time to follow its link.

website skyscraper – 72 ppi. 160 wide x 600 tall..

BUYER’S GUIDE

The Buyer’s Guide is a list of categories for users to find businesses for their specific needs.

A standard listing places your company name, address, phone, e-mail, and website in the category
of your choice. Multiple category listings can be placed.

A premium listing places you in the top 3 per category.
